Factors influence Job Satisfaction of Employees (Study in Classification Indonesia Bureau of Batam Branch Indonesia)

Abstract

Indonesian Classification Bureau is an organization government of Indonesia public company that is formed and applies technical standards in carrying out design, construction and marine survey activities related to floating facilities, including ships and offshore construction. Therefore, satisfaction at work is deemed necessary for employees with the aim of maintaining their performance. The purpose of this study is to conduct the test for the factors of that influence to job satisfaction of employees. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods, namely research that prioritizes the testing of theories by measuring research variables by numbers and requires data analysis with statistical procedures using a survey model of causal path analysis techniques. While the respondents are employees Indonesian Classification Bureau by distributing questionnaires using the google form application. The results showed that there are several main factors that have a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. The main factors are leadership, the economic benefits, work environment, and Work stress were found to have no effect on work Satisfaction. The results of these findings have passed the data processing process and at the testing stage of the independent variables which according to the theory and the results of previous studies.
