Abstract

The need to create and implement innovations, as well as the growth of ecosystems, are significant trends in modern economic development. Their combination in the format of an innovation ecosystem opens up new opportunities. However, a certain paradox arises: the more we know about the world of ecosystems, the more questions they raise. One of the urgent tasks is to ensure the continuity of the innovation process, which is largely associated with the organization of interactions between heterogeneous and relatively independent ecosystem actors. This paper integrates and complements various approaches to solving this problem: coordinating the interests of participants in the innovation process, analyzing their role dynamics, as well as the use of flexible orchestration models (hybrid orchestration, multi-orchestration, layering governance) and the use of the platform as the core of interactions. To identify threats to the continuity of the innovation process, the concept of transfer gaps is introduced and an approach to their assessment is proposed. The matrix of interests and risks of the territory’s innovation ecosystem actors at all stages of technology transfer is constructed. Possible variants of ecosystem interactions to overcome transfer gaps are identified. The landscape of services of the technology transfer digital platform was formed. A framework for the formation of coordination models of actors in the territory’s innovation ecosystem, integrating key components and methods of organizing ecosystem interactions, is built.
