Analysis of Management and Finance in The Enterprise In The Era of Covid19: On the Example of Enterprises in Poland

In the article: Analysis of management and finance in the enterprise in the era of COVID19: on the example of enterprises in Poland, a strong analysis of the issue taken up was made. The above-mentioned issue was undertaken due to its very topical nature and thus the changing conditions for the operation of companies, the barriers appearing before entrepreneurs in a different reality, the reality of COVID19. None of the entrepreneurs assumed that they would come to face a barrier that totally does not depend on them, that will stop the world for a while, a pandemic. In the article presented here, the different phases of companies in the era of the pandemic were presented. It shows how changes were made in companies, how relationships and trust were built in the new reality, how the financial situation of companies was shaped, which companies lost and which gained in the era of the pandemic, and what government support they could count on. The impact of these changes on how companies will operate in the future is also shown, as there is no way to return to the pre-pandemic situation.

Many companies have dealt with the pandemic crisis and the development of remote communication tools and their use have become very much and effectively used in the current operation of businesses. This happened much faster than if the pandemic had not occurred.

The article uses a wealth of literature on the subject, including electronic sources as the most current source of information. The article uses the method of analysis and observation.
